She is survived by : her husband Xavier Cooke (Matthew); her children, LaKay Paige Abbott (Kay Kay), Xavier Alexander Cooke and Allison Jean Cooke (Allie); her parents, Joey Perry and Kim Perry of Plainview; her siblings, Keisha Ruff (Ronnie) of Quitaque, Kassie Perry of Plainview and Stewart Perry of Petersburg; her nieces and nephews, Jaylee Campbell, Cyrie Ruff, Brock Ruff, Blaze Perry, Keilana Perry, Alexa Perry, Daylan Perry, Kaycie Langston, Emma Gilbert, Michael Gilbert, Amber Garcia and Levi Salazar; her grandparents-in-law, Betty and James Lile; her parents-in-law, Dawn and Chris Burt; her siblings-in-law, Christopher Cooke (Lindsey), Dusty Burt (Kristi), Cierra Burt and Tomi Burt; and her nieces and nephews, Marcella Youngman, Logan Youngman, Taylor Cooke and Otto Cooke.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hartville R-Ii High School (175 School Ave, Hartville, MO 65667).
