She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hicks and Goldie Hicks; her husband Byron Curtis; her son Larry Curtis; her grandson BJ Curtis; and her siblings, Amy Collins, Ruby Proctor, Gene Hicks, Fay Goss, Leona Hicks and Dewayne Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Massey, Junior Curtis (Colleen) and Brenda Brown (Verl); her siblings, Sharon Smith and Ray Hicks; and her grandchildren, Ryan Curtis, April Mayberry (Brandon), Andy Brown (Autumn), Tracy Cottengim (Bobby), Lindsey Turney (Jason), Angela Crisp, Chris Curtis (Kristan), Lee Curtis and Rhonda Nava (Nathan). She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends.
