He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Arquette (Allsman); and his brother David Allsman. He is survived by: his wife Paula O'Guin; his children, Tracie, Matthew O'Guin (Angel) of Mountain Grove and Dwayne Allsman (Caylin Dawkins); and his sister Bonnie Colson (Matt) of Mountain Grove. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
