She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Smith and Bessie Faye Smith (McCarty) of Vanzant, Missouri.; her siblings, Ival, Clovis, Roy Smith, Hazel, Ina, Mary, Betty Lou and Darrel Wayne; and her daughter Lisa.
She is survived by : her husband Bud Mayfield; her sons, Michael Mayfield (Miriam) and Robert Mayfield (Carla); her son-in-law Danny Reed; and her grandchildren, Jessica Chilson, Kyle Mayfield (Jacqui), Samantha Brown, Sabrina Brown, Jerimiah and Joshua Rifenburg. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
