We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2021, at the age of 96, Ralph J. Smart of North Kansas City, Missouri, born in Rayville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Smart and Cecil Smart (Stone); his wife Aleta; and his siblings, Joan Brown-O'Dell, Ray Donald Smart and Norma Joyce Smart.

He is survived by: his daughter April Boyer (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Boyer (Jennifer) and Holli Stevens (Nick) of Perkins, OK. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
