She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Thomas Kline and Patricia E Kline (Bedore); and her stepfather John O Spencer. She is survived by: her son Patrick W Bellew (Kathy); her siblings, Cheri C Kline of Kansas City, MO, Lori L Cox of Lawson, MO, Rick Spencer of Cameron, MO and Andy Wright of Monroe City; her grandsons, Bryce and Joey; her uncle Eddie Bedore; and her aunt Linda Bedore of Venice, FL. She is also survived by 14 nephews and nieces.
