He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Sullivant and Audrey Sullivant (Austin); and his siblings, Junior Sullivant and Joyce Todd. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Sullivant of Mountain Grove; his sons, Curt Sullivant (Terri) of Lake Mary, Steve Sullivant (Cindy) of Liberty and Gregory Scott Sullivant (Elle) of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Stephanie Kleyh (Jacob), Christopher Sullivant (Kayli), Tyler Sullivant (Molly), Spencer Sullivant (Jordin), Amanda Sullivant (Dustin Rauh), Chloe Sulllivant and Katie Sullivant; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, James, Madison, Pierce, Luke, Loren, Reece and Ivy; and his sisters, Mayvis Allen (Lyle) of Madera, Elizabeth Walker (Bill) of Lee's Summit and Sharon Sullivant of Mountain Grove. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
