He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Jack and Ellen Marie Harper (Austin); his stepmother Evelyn Cobb Harper; and his brothers, David Ray Harper and Douglas Lee Harper.
He is survived by: his grandsons, John Dallas and Devin Dean Kraft; his wife Rosalee; his daughters, Rebecca Ann Kraft (Harper) of Marshall and Rachel Marie Harper of Norborne, Missouri; and his grandson Devin Kraft. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and several cousins.
