He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis E. Lobb and Zella Mae Lobb (Lister); his former wife Joyce Elaine Stoner of Norborne; and his granddaughter Abby Templeton. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Hayes of Norborne; his children, Robert Thomas "Tommy" Lobb (Julie) of Turney, Jill Elaine McClure (Mike) of Norborne, Kimberly Ann Templeton (Mark) of Polo and Lori Lea Milligan (Tom) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Scott McClure (Julie), Travis McClure, Heather Busby (T. J.), Brett McClure, Jennifer Hicks, Alexandria Templeton, Emily Templeton, Kara Meyer (Tyler), Brenna Lobb, Logan Lobb, Avery Lobb, Haley Rudolph (Cory), Dakota Croft, Sydney Croft, River Croft, Emily Wagoner (Cory), Jordan Hayes and Morgan Perez (Oscar); his sister Shirley Schneiders of Independence; and his stepchildren, Vince Hayes (Kim) of Independence and Vicki Durbin of Kansas City. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the either the Norborne First Baptist Church or the Norborne Lion's Club.
