He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey S. Finley and Ruby M. Finley (McNelly); his spouse Claudean Huskinsson of Norborne; his son Donald; his brothers, Alva Finley and George W. Finley; his grandson Taylor Finley; and his siblings-in-law, Davita Finley and Bob Willis.
He is survived by: his close friend Penne Buckner of Norborne; his sons, David Lee Finely (Melanie) of Norborne, Danny Ray Finley (Candy) of Norborne, Dale Eugene Finley (Stacey) of Hardin and Douglas Otto Finley (April) of Norborne; his grandchildren, Tara Murray (Matt), Brandon Finley (Emily), Dustin Finley (Natalie), Dallas Finley (Amy), Brooke Finley and Dusty Ricavina; his siblings, John Finley (Barbara) of Norborne and Mary Sue Willis (Eugene Williams) of Carrollton; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Ann Koontz (J. C.), Carol Jean Sims (Jim) and Barbara Finley. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Providence Cemetery.
