She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Koontz; her children, Janell Wright and Troy Allen Koontz of Springfield; her grandchildren, Rebecca Amborne (Daniel) of Eden Prairie, MN, Michael Koontz and Johnathan Koontz of Springfield; and her great grandchildren, Carmyn Koontz, Nathaniel Amborne and Junior Koontz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
