He is survived by: his wife Terri Macaulay; his son Dustin Lepper (Chelsea Manns) of Altoona, PA.; his stepfather Robert Speer of Olathe, KS.; his siblings, Trena Hoy (Kenny) of Olathe, KS., Jennifer Wilson (Tom) of Grain Valley, MO. and Shawn Schrag (Tony) of Shawnee, KS.; his in-laws, Robert and Glenda Higginbotham of Gardner, KS.; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Milligan (Keith) of Norborne, MO. and Bobbie Jo Meier (Eric) of Tonganoxie, KS..

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Disabled American Veterans.
