He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mullin and Nina Mullin (Kirby); and his grandson Zachary Geeding. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mullin; his children, Sarah Boyd (Steven) of Neosho, Billy Mullin, Jr. of Anderson, Russell Mullin (Kim) of Pineville and Frankie Mullin; his stepchildren, Wayne Carson (Amy) of Humboldt, Kathy Cook of Gravette and Shelby Saunders (Mike) of Noel; and his sister Alice Mullin of Neosho. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
