He is survived by: his children, Gary Alan Mann of Wyoming, Lori Sue Mann of Humble and Barbara Jean Tusa of Richmond, Texas; and his siblings, Fred L. (Mila Mann) and Imogene Gail Forrest of Columbia, Missouri.
