With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Meissner in Nixa, Missouri, born in Waltham, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 18, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Meissner and Antoinette Meissner (Bernal); his former wife Joann; his daughter Eva Schneider; and his great grandchild Lilly McGinnis.

He is survived by: his children, Patricia Platou (Stephen) of Nixa, Amy Rice (Matthew) of Kirkland, WA and John Meissner of Columbia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
