He is survived by: his wife Patti Horton; his children, Jeff (Missy Floyd) of Nixa, MO and Stephanie (John Hassell) of Weeping Water; his grandchildren, Shay (Lauren Hassell), Thorne Hassell, Zeke, Ashley (Frankie), Garrett and Delainey Floyd; his great grandchildren, Teghan Breiner and Dean Floyd; his sisters, Shirley Stewart, Kay Meeker and Janice Floyd; and his sisters-in-law, Chris Floyd and Dana Floyd.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Honor Flight of the Ozarks.
