He is survived by: his children, Dr. Keith White (Angela), Michael White, Beth Rost (Wes) and Dara Campbell (John); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Devin, Jacob, Colton, Conner, Cicely, Mason, Della, Samuel, Hudson and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Aubree and Brileigh; his siblings, Roy Allen Curbow and Judith Folsom; and his niece Joetta White. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
