She is survived by: her husband Frank Joseph Horvath; her sons, Jacob of Dallas and Brett (Tiffany); and her siblings, Fredrick H. Smith, Jr. (Stacy), Maryalice Smith of Chicago and Annemarie Cook of Amherst. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
