He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Amsden Johnson; his son-in-law Thomas Johnson; his son Christopher Amsden (Kari); his brother Dan Amsden (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Amanda Amsden, Roger Brocato of Louisville, KY, Bradley Johnson of Nixa, Conner Johnson of Nixa, Erica Johnson of Nixa and Lanie Amsden of Nixa.
