She is survived by: her children, James R Pinson of Kansas City, MO, Cheryl Smith (Quin) of Nixa, MO, Carl Smith (Carole) of Ozark, MO and Melissa Hays (Bryan) of Ozark, MO; her great grandchildren, Micheala Smith, Nevaeh Smith, Brevin Jones and Kayden Jones; and her sister Doris Howard of Huntsville Mo.
