He was predeceased by: his father James "Jim" Duncan. He is survived by: his mother Janet Duncan (Heflin) of Paducah Kentucky; and his children, Jarika Harris (Heflin), Tylan of Joplin, Cooper Heflin of Springfield, Avery "Jake" Heflin of Springfield, Addysen "Addy" Heflin of Nixa, Jordan Heflin of Nixa, Missouri. and Cammie Davis-Heflin.
