He was predeceased by: his father Jack Vandiver. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Vandiver of Cabool, MO; his wife Lori of Nixa, MO; his daughters, Kristen Garoutte (Tyler) of Reeds Spring, MO and Erica of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Bob Vandiver (Lori) and Carol Wilson (Shawn).
