He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Cummings and Edna Cummings (Bilyeu); his wife Delores; his siblings, Melvin, Iva, Eugene, Anna Mae, Milo, Dewey, Phillip, Mary Alice and Mac; and his sons, Jerry Cummings and Marty Cummings.
He is survived by: his children, Jani, Audra, Janeen and Bill; his brother Dallas Dean Cummings; and his grandchildren, Phillip, Darla Cummings Fox of Spokane, MO, Chrissy, Jarod Rutliff, Linda, Chad, Russell, Calees, Rusty, Mika, Jacob, Melodee Rutliff and Zachary. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
