He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gregory of Nixa, MO; his sons, Drew Gregory (Cherie) and Todd Gregory (Melanie); his grandchildren, Zachary "Zach" Gregory (Emily), Taylor Gregory and Lexie Gregory; his great grandchildren, Henry, Charlee and Callie; and his sister Carolyn Carlson (Dean). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and beloved friends.
