He is survived by: his former wife Virginia A. Brede (Pettibone); his sister Valeria Longmeyer of Omaha; his nephew Charles Scott of Omaha; his niece Paula Jean Reisland of Logan, Iowa; and his stepchildren, Gieselle AB Fest of Liberty, Missouri, Greg Brede of Nixa, Missouri, Georgia Ipsen (David) of Nixa, Missouri, Gordon Brede of Aberdeen and Ginger Pietz (Russell) of Aberdeen. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
