He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bobby Lee and Geraldine Hackett; his wife Pat; his daughter Melissa Dawn Blanton of Dallas, Texas; his granddaughter Rebecca Michelle Blanton; and his son-in-law David Blanton.
