He was predeceased by: his father Ernest E. Agnew; and his sister Rhonda Nichols. He is survived by: his mother Rosa Agnew (Shelton) of Nixa; his brother Steve Agnew of Nixa; his niece Chesca Nichols of Springfield; and his girlfriend Bonnie Griffin Roller of Ozark.
