He is survived by: his significant other Linda Timmons; his children, Wesley Phillips (Amanda), Miranda Phillips, Rocky Phillips (Katie), Courtney Brown (Jon), Jody Hendrix (Michelle) and Billy Fleming (Brittany); his grandchildren, Brentley, Olivia, Ryker, Ryder, Mandilyn and Navy; and his siblings, Dottie Howdeshiell (Larry), Richard Phillips and Angela Posenke-Kelly (Troy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
