She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fred Needham and Mable Estelle Needham Grizzle (Jordan); her brother Vaunda Needham; her sister-in-law Ina Jean Needham; and her friend Richard Rhea.
She is survived by: her brother Jordan Needham Sr of Nixa; her nieces, Sandra Cook (Ronald) of Whitewater, Jordan Needham Jr (Joyce) of Nixa and Cynthia Matthew (C. W. Walker); her godson Glen Harrell; and also, Avery, Addison, Ryan Criddle, Parker, Payton Kramer, Ayla, Kynzie Hulbert, Tyson, Mitchell Ford, Austin, Shauna, Jamie Criddle, Sherry, Mike Ford, Ronna, Wade Kramer, Julie, Kevin Hulbert, Jordan Needham III and Sitti.
