We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2023, at the age of 90, Mary Ann Markham of Nixa, Missouri, born in Springfield, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lawrence Winegardener and Helen Elizabeth Reynolds Winegardener; her stepmother Mildred Winegardener; her former husband C. Gene Fugitt; her husband Ralph W. Markham; and her aunt Pearl Rueter.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Lee Fugitt (Tammy) of Springfield and Ronnie George Fugitt; her pet Peppy; her son Ron Fugitt (Stacy) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Tyler Fugitt (Caroline) of Jacksonville and Lacey Constantine (Jake) of Tallahassee; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Stella and Libby.
With Mamaw's love of all things lovely, beautiful flowers are welcomed, but in lieu of those flowers, the family has asked that memorial donations be made to Phoenix Home Health Care & Hospice, 3033 South Kansas Expressway, Springfield, Missouri 65807.
