He is survived by: his wife Danielle Sellenriek (Creek); his children, Sam, Lilly, Ben (Nixa) and Nathan (Jennifer); his grandsons, Noa and Kai (Hawaii); and his sisters, Patti (Don) and Suzi. He is also survived by nephews and close cousins, along with numerous friends.
