She is survived by: her children, Phillip Hawkins (Gretchen) of Republic and Tina Booth (Randy) of Nixa; her stepdaughter Jean Edwards of Springfield; her grandchildren, Kristy Ogden (Matt) of Nixa, Spencer Hawkins (Kate Torrence), Angel Mooneyham, Sarah Mooneyham, Lily Booth, Chris Nicodemus, Amber Woods and Nick Edwards; and her great grandchildren, Asher Ogden and Titus Ogden.
