Though Lorna Denise may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lorna Denise touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Roy E. Shouse. She is survived by: her mother Helen L. Shouse (Wilson); her brothers, Edward Shouse (Erin) and Ronald Shouse; her nephews, Zane Shouse and Zachary Blackwood; and her niece Kayleigh Blackwood. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Nebo Baptist Church (473 W Dade 102, Lockwood, MO 65682). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Epilepsy Foundation or to the Lions Club Gift of Sight.
