He was predeceased by: his parents, William Freeman and Emma Freeman (Crisp); his son Doyle; his wife Ruth Melton; his brothers, Walter, Leonard and Don Freeman; and his grandmothers, Luallen, Nancy Tetrick and Mary Ellen Collins.
He is survived by: his daughter Darlene (Jim Norris) of Lampe; and his daughter-in-law Rita Freeman of Steele. He is also survived by five grandsons, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
