She was predeceased by: her parents, John Salmons and Norma Salmons (Kelly); her husband Joe Cook; and her daughter-in-law Kathleen Cook. She is survived by: her children, Terry Cook and Sherri Pellham; her son-in-law Ted; her sister Evelyn Easton; and her siblings-in-law, Donnie, Bob Cook and Linda. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew.
