It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavena Flo Murrell (Nixa, Missouri), who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Burel Forgey; her parents, Ralph Peters and Esther Avery Peters; her brother Wallace Avery; and her grandchildren, Justin and Breena.
She is survived by: her children, Doug and Jennifer; and her grandchildren, Heather, Vance Jenkins, Hunter, Summer Lampe and Heath Lampe. She is also survived by six Great Great Grandchildren.
