She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Periman and Vivian Periman (Keltner); her sister Louise Hedgpeth (Gayle); her sister-in-law Shirley Westfall (Jack); and her parents-in-law, Elmer and Pearl Bilyeu.
She is survived by: her husband John D. Bilyeu; her son Jorden; her nephew Duane McDaniel (Estera); and her siblings-in-law, Donald Bilyeu, Gary Bilyeu, Earnest Bilyeu and Cathy Idell (Clyde). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
