She is survived by: her brother Bradley Harold Lockenvitz; her nephew John Harold Lockenvitz; her niece Dr. Sarah Beth Lockenvitz; her great-niece Annika Locke Murphy; her siblings-in-law, Jeff Chatham, Angela Snow and Nicolette Spoltore; and also John Murphy.
