She was predeceased by: her parents, Phil Urban and Millie Urban; her husband Tony Kroutil; her son Phillip Kroutil; and her sisters, Sister Mary Kristin and Rita Highley.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Burns (David) of Branson West, MO; her daughter-in-law Carol Kroutil of Springfield; and her daughters, Janet Carnahan (Clif) of Nixa and Jeanine Bratcher (Bruce) of Nixa. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
