She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bristol and Nita Bristol (Ludwig). She is survived by: her husband Roger Blevins of Nixa; her children, Kim Herd (Mark) of Fair Grove, R. D, Cathy Krtek (Karl) of Nixa and Brian Blevins (Carol) of Springfield; and her brothers, Tom Bristol (Charlotte) of Springfield and Kevin Bristol of Springfield. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
