He was predeceased by: his parents, Flavius Jacob Sayre and Opal Amoria Sayre (Thomas); his brother Richard A. Sayre; and his former spouse Shirley Ryan. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Matthies (Jim), Sandra Sayre, Susan VanSciver (Patrick) and Shannon Sayre; his wife Ellen; his nephew Steve Sayre (late Mary); and his niece Debra Sayre Wright (Jack) of Missouri. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 29. 5 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
