It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe W. Heithaus (Nixa, Missouri), who passed away on August 26, 2018, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Tina Heithaus; his stepdaughter Megan Morgan (Sam); and his siblings, Barbara Munyat, Kenneth M. Heithaus (Sue), Donna Bird (Mike), Peggy Heithaus, Carol Dunham and Patty Ellerth. He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews and 25 great nieces and nephews.
