He is survived by: his wife Joyce Clines (Gaddy); his children, Michael Clines (Tonya) of Republic and Angela Patrick (Mark) of Nixa; his grandchildren, Brady, Abigail Ghan, Bailey Ghan, Jeanette, Bobor Jones, Wilson Patrick, Gregory and Andrea Kimberling; and his great grandchild Margaret Ghan (Margo).
