He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Hanna Winkle and Loretta Therese LeBlanc; and his siblings, Mark Edward Winkle and Betty Morgan (family: Dorothy Stroub, Darlene Winkle). He is survived by: his siblings, Fred, Arthena Smith, Jack and Wendy Crissinger; and his nephew Clifford Morgan (Mike). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 6 ½ great grandchildren, many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
