He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hulse and Bertha Hulse (Owen); his daughter Lauri; and his former wife Shirley Hulse. He is survived by: his wife Jo Hulse; his children, Lea Hulse (Ernst), James Hulse (Rebeca) and Jamie Dry (Terry); and his stepchildren, Ronald Wiggins (Highlandville), Deborah Fitch (Nixa), Pamela Richardson (Rich), Bryan Wiggins (Nancy), Jerry Wiggins (Lisa) and Terry Wiggins (Kay). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
