It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lowell Jones of Nixa, Missouri, born in Maryville, Missouri, who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Jones and Virginia "Fern" Jones (Barnett); and his brother Gary Jones. He is survived by: his former wife Elise "Junie" Russell; his wife Elise Jones (Junie); his children, Eric (Cassandra) of Nixa, Eran (Da) of Conway, Arkansas and Elise (Todd Hege) of Nixa; his grandchildren, Bailey, Cooper, Mark, Erin Jones (Ellie), Thomas and William Hege; and his siblings, Richard (Debbie Jones) of Fairfax, Marilyn (Leon Reed) of Fairfax and Kathryn (Steve Deckard) of Marshfield. He is also survived by extended family, associates and friends.
In lieu of flowers (your choice) memorials are suggested to the Ronald McDonald's House or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
