We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2020, at the age of 13, Jake Johnston of Nixa, Missouri, born in Springfield, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Harold, Billie Johnston, Kathy Hudson, Darcus Blair and Max "Pops" Miles; his grandfather Jerry Blair; and his great-uncle Larry Johnston.

He is survived by: his parents, Amy Dawn Blair and Jeremiah Dale Johnston; his stepmother Laura; his pets, Junior and Auggie; his sister Jordan Johnston; his stepbrother Carter Beaty; his grandparents, Marty, Melanie Welsh, Connie Johnston, Rick Austin, Jack and Paula Johnston; his great-grandparents, Jerry H. Carson and Vicki; his uncle Jaime Blair; and his aunt Kristin Blair. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.

Jake was an eye and tissue donor, helping save the lives of others, because of this memorial donations may be made in his name to Mid-America Transplant at http://www.midamericatransplant.org.
