He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Perkin and Barbara Perkin (Bullard); and his granddaughter Allison Lett. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Wellesley (Steve) of Neosho, Tracy Lett (Brad) of Neosho and Heather Cheek (Frank) of Nixa; and his siblings, Jim Perkin (Susan) and Laura Hartronft (Karl). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
