He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McGinnis and Estel McGinnis (Pollard); his daughter Tracey Barton; and his sister Carol Gall. He is survived by: his wife Saundra McGinnis of Nixa; his son Troy McGinnis of Nixa; his grandson Joseph Garen Barton of Nixa; his son-in-law Dwayne Barton; his sister Earlaine Worel (John) of Aurora, Colorado; his nieces, Shana (Jason) and Amber (Geoff); his nephew Travis; and his brother-in-law Jim Gall of Pierce City.
