He was predeceased by: his father Waymon Lee Lewellen; and his grandparents, Walter Lee, Lucy Lewellen, Lenus and Audie Guinn.
He is survived by: his mother Brenda Joy Guinn Lewellen; his sister Chris McNeal; his wife Amy; his son Simon James Lewellen; his brother Wade Lewellen; his nephews, Wyatt and Sam Lewellen; his mother-in-law Joan Meigs; his siblings-in-law, Jill Furgason (Don) of Hartville, Keith Gregory (Barbara) of Bentonville, Kevin Gregory Fredericksburg (Lisa) and Lisa Tiller (Jeff); his uncle Richard; his aunt Julia Johnson; and his cousin Lori Hilton Oak Park (Alastair). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
